Services – Bid Writing / Management

Bid and Proposal Writing

We can write your PQQs, Tenders and Proposals for you. Our process for doing this can include:

  • An examination of what the client is looking for
  • Discussion with you on what differentiates your offering and any intelligence you have on the client
  • Review of information you have used in recent bids
  • Upfront identification of any further information needed from you
  • Suggestions of suitable questions to ask the client during the clarification process
  • Helping you get really clear on Win Themes, USPs and Differentiators
  • Providing a Draft Answer Structure for your approval at an early stage in the process
  • Completing the Draft Response by an agreed date to allow for your review and submission to the client
  • Providing a Debrief Report with suggestions on steps you can take to get ready for future bids

Bid Review & Editing

We can review PQQs, Tenders and Proposals that you have drafted. Our service here includes:

  • Detailed review to ensure that all the client questions have been answered
  • Review to ensure that the client response requirements have been adhered to
  • Early identification if any response appears to not fully answer the question
  • Suggestions for improving the response e.g. when / where to include relevant case studies, evidence, testimonials, etc

Tender Management

  • Project managing the tender process including chairing the Bid Kick-Off meeting
